This project is my love letter to post-pandemic fashion. During lockdown we saw an amazing boom in colourful fashion, as well as craft movements like crochet and embroidery emerging. This resonated with me, and helped me feel better during those trickier times, my making process was incredibly therapeutic for me. I got to spend days sitting in front of the TV working away, taking the time to love every stitch.

This collection is fun and whimsical, it is pure escapism from the scary world we're living in. This notion doesn’t come from a place of ignorance or avoidance, but rather the acknowledgement that times are hard, but wearing a funny hat can makes it a little easier. I hope that others get as much joy from this works as I have.
