Formless, on a journey of tumultuous emotion.
A formless being goes through an emotional journey in a new world as they try to find themselves and a supportive friend. Allowing themselves to finally reach a point of comfort within the world.
‘How do you feel’ is a VFX short film surrounding and emotional journey of a formless character. The character encounters many like them but are unable to connect with anyone, becoming seemingly overwhelmed by the constant thoroughfare and lack of true connection to another person. The character goes through sadness, confusion, to anger and then finally happiness as someone finally reaches out enabling the perception of their emotions also. The storyline is to answer the question 'how can I use symbolism in colour, body language, sound and shadow to portray a deep and meaningful emotional journey within my character?’
