Creating a seamless & range-anxiety free driving experience for EV drivers
My EV is a system that will help EV drivers to always monitor their vehicle with live data, remind them when it’s time to charge, reserve their charging slot ahead, and also suggest the best plan with live data for more accurate information. EV drivers are able to set a safe range that they would like to maintain at all times, making sure they arrive with safe range when using My EV. My EV makes driving EV easier than ever.
Waiting while charging is a pain for all EV drivers especially when rushing to a place. Often, EV drivers might forget to charge in advance or are not good at planning, which causes range-anxiety. My concept at the beginning was to come up with a booking system for EV, but it’s not that simple and not everyone uses a public charger all the time. I decided to combine booking, reminder, plan and monitor EV range in one system. The system will react when EV is very low in range, suggesting a nearby charging station for the drivers. Reminder and monitor features to prevent low range from happening beforehand. EV drivers are also able to plan their drive in advance, making sure of the availability of the charging station, creating a seamless driving experience.
