The project that I and Gabriela Triana Carrera made is about a dog(Pino) that takes care of a little girl(Mayra) since her parents are busy/often not home. The research question I decided to look into is “How could I create an innocent, expressive, and lovable character focusing on emotions portrayed through facial and body animation, for a voiceover film?”. The reason, why we created this story, is to show the message telling the audience that someone is always there for you and to also leave a loving memory of my partner (Gabriela) and her dogs(Dino and Porthos). Something I’ve learned during this project is the process of making the character since I’ve never created a 3D character before.
