Anya Hill

Bucketlist is a VFX based live-action short film that captures the emotional journey of a group of friends - one of which is a friendly CGI bear - as they document their Summer antics with a film camera; revealing a surprising truth once the photos are developed.

This project was inspired by my friend Edyn who passed away at 16. Since she was so young I always wondered if she had a bucket list or things she never had the chance to do. Therefore thought served as the driving force behind Bucketlist' narrative as it explores the bittersweet feeling of nostalgia.
