This project reimagines urban composting by combining speculative technology, community incentives, and environmental stewardship into an accessible, user-centred app. At its core, the app envisions a future where composting machines, accessed via mobile, transform food waste into various types of nutrient-rich fertilisers as part of a circular economy. Although still speculative, this concept is essential for rethinking urban waste cycles by positioning food scraps as valuable resources rather than waste.
