HealUp is a portable, all-in-one recovery kit designed to support at-home rehabilitation for sprained ankles. The kit provides everything users need for adequate exercise therapy, encouraging active participation in their recovery.

Sprained ankles are one of the most common sports-related injuries. However, users often face the challenge of completing their prescribed exercises alone at home, leading to inconsistent exercise completion and a higher risk of re-injury. Ankle injuries are also frequently underestimated, which delays recovery and can prevent a safe return to sports.

The HealUp kit addresses these challenges by including essential rehabilitation tools: a foam roller, an exercise mat with placement guidelines, a latex-free resistance band, a sturdy step base, and a personalised app to guide users. Compactly designed to fit together, the resistance band doubles as a convenient carrying strap, allowing users to transport the kit between home and physiotherapy sessions easily.

The HealUp kits are available through a deposit-based rental system, making them accessible and affordable by eliminating the need for users to buy individual equipment. With support from the HealUp app, users can access video instructions, progress tracking, and colour-coded timing cues for reps, helping them stay engaged and maintain the correct technique. Once healed, users can return the kit, allowing others to benefit from the kit.
