Honu is a design project that aims to promote awareness of the impact of environmental pollution on people, animals and nature. The organisation's brand campaign and use of a playful logo mark will help make people aware of the importance of consumer choices on our environment.

Honu brings together a passion for the environment along with branding and identity design. Honu's brand campaign plans to develop an awareness of climate change issues and eco-conscious alternatives in younger age groups. The organisation uses the Green sea turtle as its brand mascot; these marine animals have many names and associations, but in the Hawaiian language, they are called Honu and are symbols of good luck and longevity. Through the use of its brand mascot, Honu aims to help introduce environmental issues to a younger generation through a fun, user-friendly approach.
