Memory loss is something we all will experience in some regard, yet public engagement remains limited. How to remember is a publication that explores the condition of Alzheimer’s through typography. This project aims to educate and encourage the families and caretakers to employ more creativity in their lives, to reduce their risk of memory loss in the future. It does this by employing a research led design strategy, uncovering the link between a healthy brain and consistent engagement in art. The result of this project is a typographic publication raising awareness and encouraging action.
