This project delves into the experiences of growing up as a triplet. Investigating how design can make the complex nature of identity visible through layered narratives. The problem addresses how underrepresentation of authentic voices of triplets are often perceived as a single unit and lose their sense of identity due to stereotypes. The project responses to this through the concept of Index of Self a hand-bound publication layering memories, narratives and the different perspectives into a material form. Formal record keeping is blurred with self-reflection to reveal how personal experience and societies perceptions intersect. By combining analogue and digital methods this project deepens lived experiences and identity as an outlet for multiple narratives. This project addresses this gap in design to capture and communicate lived experiences of growing up as a triplet in meaningful ways.
