An expression of undiagnosed womans ADHD emotions through faces.

Through a combination of personal narratives and research, I aim to explore how undiagnosed ADHD in women can impact self-awareness, emotional regulation, and interpersonal relationships during these formative years. By examining the feelings of confusion, frustration, and isolation often accompanying this experience, I hope to provide insight into how these emotional struggles can shape a teen's identity and overall mental well-being.

My project aims to create a greater understanding of ADHD in adolescents, encouraging empathy and awareness among peers, educators, and families. By sharing these stories, I hope to contribute to a more compassionate dialogue surrounding mental health and the importance of early diagnosis and support.
