A toolkit that uses dignity to encourage open discussion and help young adults de-escalate conflict.
This project helps young adults learn to communicate and manage conflict in class by introducing dignity as a practical, usable toolkit rather than an abstract concept. Through an accessible learning website, young adults are guided to recognise dignity violations, understand their impact, and explore strategies for constructive dialogue at their own pace.
The site acts as a foundation, a space where they build awareness, learn language, and reflect on how conflict shows up in everyday interactions.
To move beyond theory, the project includes a set of in-person cards that allow young adults to apply what they learned. These cards create space for open discussion, shared reflection, and hands-on practice, turning learning into action. Together, the digital and physical components form a meaningful framework for strengthening communication skills, encouraging openness, and supporting healthier relationships among young adults.
