An open ended manifesto, exploring making as thinking

  • Meshwork proposes an open-ended manifesto that frames making as both a joyful and rebellious act. In its incompleteness, it resists and confronts closure and mirrors the open-ended nature of creative creation. The work positions creation as an alchemic—transformative, explorative, and generative process. While challenging normative thought that privileges outcomes over processes. It advocates for making as resistance: a refusal of passivity, a provocation against convention, and an affirmation of agency. Ultimately, it argues that to just make is not a naïve gesture, but a necessary practice through which new forms of thought and possibility emerge.
