My Cup Runneth Over acknowledges that the opportunities and freedoms experienced today are not independent of the struggles and sacrifices of those who came before us. It recognises that we are a part of an ongoing generational story, one that carries the weight of the labour of the past, the blessings of the present and the dreams of the future. We are who we are and are where we are today, having the opportunities to dream of the future thanks to the hardships and sacrifices of those who came before us.
