Made from a combination of 3D-printed shells and lightweight EVA foam, it provides superior comfort, protection, and flexibility during play. What makes the Re-Form unique is its ability to be reheated and reshaped multiple times allowing it to adapt as players grow or be reused by others. This not only extends the product’s lifespan but also reduces waste, offering a sustainable alternative to traditional one-size-fits-all shinpads. Through a series of prototype tests, the design evolved from adjustable, multi-piece concepts into a fully form-fitting solution that prioritizes player comfort and safety. The final result is a durable, reusable shin pad that delivers professional-level performance while remaining affordable for schools, clubs, and everyday players proving that protection, comfort, and sustainability can exist in one smart design.
