Autistic workers across Aotearoa New Zealand face significant barriers not faced by their neurotypical counterparts across many areas of work life.

The main deliverable for this project is a publication that is split into two halves; one documents barriers and misconceptions surrounding autism in the workplace & how they may manifest, while the other offers a series of recommendations intended to counter these workplace issues. The design treatment of these two halves contrasts heavily; the former is a sober, black and white descriptor of current vocational landscapes, while the latter is a vibrant, more colourful rendition of what more equitable workplaces can look like. Posters and social media tiles act as supporting activations to broaden this project's overall reach.
