Wing Yan Cheng

One day, magical florist Vivi notices a crack in her cherished childhood vase. But when attempting to fix it using her magic, she is stunned to see it being ineffective. In the midst of figuring out how to mend the cracks, an unusual customer enters the flower shop and begins creating unwanted, magical messes. Follow Vivi's chaotic day at work, running in circles and throwing spells, all while trying to fix her precious vase.

The project focuses on how different camera techniques, such as pan, tracking shot, and tilting, create an emotional effect that can enhance the narrative, highlight character action and expression, and guide the audience's attention.

This project is in collaboration with Amber Zi Qing He. Using Procreate, Photoshop, Krita, and Blender. Exploring the character design, storyboarding and animating.
