​Swapsea is inspired by the concept of classroom toys or pets, commonly practised in primary schools. The NFC-integrated bag, featuring a child-safe attachment mechanism, can be easily attached to any soft toy and transformed into a bag for children to carry comfortably. Peers swap their toys to begin a journey, with each child carrying out daily activities with their new 'buddy.' Caregivers document the toy's experiences and upload them to a cloud-based webpage, accessible via NFC with a single tap. When the toys are returned, children discover what their buddy experienced, fostering connections and acceptance of others' unique backgrounds.

Swapsea fosters empathy and connection, celebrating diversity, much like the way various corals create a vibrant, interconnected ecosystem.
