★ In the late 1800s, an orphanage stood—a home for young boys abandoned by society, yet hiding dark secrets within its walls. Step into the role of Forty-Six, a young boy who awakens dazed and alone in a vast, hauntingly familiar place. As he wanders the eerie halls, he uncovers fragments of his past and begins to piece together the truth. Discover who—or what—was behind the torment he and the other boys endured.

Syndicate is a group project I worked on with Dasha Ruzich and Dylan Ye. We had a year to plan and create a game we were passionate about. We took inspiration from the old orphanage in Grey Lynn, "The Carlile House", and designed a horror-themed game around children’s fears and mistreatment. My role in the project was as the lead programmer and camera designer, along with smaller roles in animation, UI, and puzzle design. ★
