For this brief, we were required to create and a 90 second animation either independently or with others. I decided to create an animation based on my journey with completing this project and other past projects individually, using the comic panels to aid my narrative.

This is animation is a visual manifestation of a constant internal battle between feelings and logic. The main character, Soma is essentially a self-insert meant to represent my pride, and determination as she embarks on a solo mission to destroy and alien creature. Her failure is the result of her underestimating the creature, which represents this capstone project, despite being warned to bring help. The outcome of this animation is a result of my pride and anxiety getting in the way of creating a finished animation. However, through this animation I was to improve my skills in animation and 3D modelling skills using Krita, Blender and Maya.
