A Visual Journey Through My Childhood Home
This project is a graphical publication that explores and preserves the memories and experiences that make saying farewell to my childhood home so incredibly difficult - a homage to something so much bigger than four walls and a roof. The project falls into sections of the house and interlaces aspects of nostalgia and whimsy through collage, poetic writing, and personal narratives. This aesthetic is further replicated in materials mirroring the structure of the home. The Old Saddlery stands to safeguard the valves of domestic rituals, physical structures, and treasured family traditions in memory's intimate archive, a tribute to finding one's purpose through place.
