Vesperia

Welcome to Vesperia! The retail comic bookstore where you can experience reading and creating comics in a cosmic star.

With its beautiful star geometric features on the exterior and its glowing atmospheric stain glass window, which not only makes the space a retail experience but a fun lively environment for users to come and create, hang-out and of course read their favorite comics all at once.

Inspiration for this design was through the diagonal gutter space of the comic and the detailed lining of the comic image. Its unique cuts, splits, and waves of detailed drawing lines created an interesting and eye-catching pattern and texture. Both which were replicated into the interiors and exteriors of the shop.

The overall idea of the project was to make something eye catching, or something that stands out, therefore came the name Vesperia, which means the brightest star.
