A Macedonian Rakija

Za Život is a practice-led research project that uses branding design to investigate the Macedonian Rakija. Through branding design, Za Život focuses on a creative exploration of Macedonian culture and tradition, through a traditional drink called Rakija. This project aims to increase knowledge about Macedonian culture by exposing rakija to a larger audience in New Zealand. This is accomplished through the use of digital illustration, which is then translated into foiling to produce all the brand identity aspects throughout Za Život.
